We want you to love your ATXpressions purchase. Every item is made-to-order with care to bring Austin’s vibrant spirit into your home. Please read our Return & Refund Policy (below) carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Accuracy & Cancellations
Because each product is printed or produced on demand, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
- Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase.
- After this window, we may be unable to modify or cancel your order.
If you need to request a change, please contact us right away Contact Us.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, Contact Us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom printed and made-to-order, we cannot accept general returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color variation due to different display settings
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
However, if there is a manufacturing error or quality issue, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.
4. Apparel Sizing Issues
To minimize sizing errors, please refer to the Size Guide listed on each product page.
We cannot accept returns for apparel items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection, so double-check measurements before ordering.
5. Returns Shipping (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping instructions will be provided at that time.
Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
6. Processing Time
Once your return or issue is approved:
- Replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provide.
